risk, insurance and title
 Insurance is not included in the shipping. Risk and ownership of the goods passes to you upon dispatch (FOB Shipping).

warranties and returns
 We warrant that the goods supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. However, please note that colours might vary slightly from those displayed on your monitor, and that variances may occur due to differences between batches.

We will endeavour complete every order placed. However, if we are unable to send any or part of your order for whatever reason, you will be informed by email.

You have the statutory right to cancel an on-line transaction and receive a refund of the purchase price, without having to provide any justification, within seven (7) working days from the date of taking delivery of the goods purchased. However, you must return the goods unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all the tags (and swing tags) still attached, and at your own cost - otherwise you have waived this right.

In circumstances where you have received defective or incorrect goods, you may return the goods in question along with your receipt and a short letter describing the nature of your complaint. We will then examine the goods to ensure that any defect or failure has not been caused by fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, unsuitable storage handling, damage in transit, inadequate packaging, misuse, or alteration of the goods in any way after delivery. Any returned items that get lost in the mail become the responsibility of the postal delivery service. Twenty50 will not honour any requests for replacements or refunds without receiving the returned goods.

Credit card refunds normally take between 5-7 working days to be processed, from the day we receive the goods back. This may vary from one credit card provider to another, and is in no way controlled by Twenty50 once processed.
